Welcome! Thanks for popping in and taking a look around! I'm most commonly known as Frolis, but you can call me Fro! You might also know me as Rattbyte or just straight up tumblr user Bugborgs.
I'm a longtime Bugborg enjoyer, pretty much almost since vol2 released in theaters, and over the years I've drawn, written, and posted a lot of Bugborg related art and fics and stuff. I've wanted to do something like this for a long time, especially with how tumblr has a "shutting down forever" scare every other month it seems, so, finally, I did! This site is meant to be an archive off all my Bugborg art and fic, and maybe even recs of some of my favorite Bugborg creations from other fans.

They/Them pronouns please. You can call me Fro, Frolis, Rattbyte, Bugborgs, Goggles, Packrat...I've had a lot of nicknames over the years, but if you know me at all you probably know me as Frolis!
I'm mostly just a GotG fan these days as I'm a little burnt out on the MCU, but there are still some other characters and movies I've enjoyed in the past and still enjoy to varying degrees. Most of my Marvel fanart is Bugborg related and of the little stuff that isn't, most of that is GotG related. That said I do have some other Marvel fanart I'll probably archive here since they were originally shared on my Marvel blog (bugborgs @ tumblr).
Most of my familiarity with the characters come from the movies, so that's what you'll see reflected in my art and fic, but I have varying degrees of knowledge of some of their other incarnations. I've played the 2021 GotG game, the Telltale game, the animated Disney show, and a few comics thought admittedly I'm a bit more lacking in that area, but I'd like to read more of them eventually!
I love all my girlies but Nebula is my favorite she is my blorbo and I am constantly rotating her in my head.

I have no experience or knowledge of coding or html or any of this, so please forgive any issues you may stumble across! I used an excellent layout builder as a base and then just kind of went from there referencing tons of other places and forums for help and advice to make changes and add stuff to try and string together a basic site. Any resources, base codes, widgets, etc. I used while making this site will be collected in the "credits" page, which is linked above in the header.
